Windom, a lively, growing city, is the county seat of Cottonwood County, Minnesota. A transportation hub for the region, Windom is located in Cottonwood County, in Southwest Minnesota, and is at the intersection of  Highway 60, Highway 71, and Highway 62.  The 2020 Census shows Windom has a diverse and growing population of 4,798.
